6.4 Declined Deposits. If a deposit fails or is declined by your payment provider, 111bet is not responsible for any funds that are debited from your payment account but not credited to your 111bet Account due to a third-party payment failure. 7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus-derived balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Only the portion of your Account balance that constitutes cleared real-money funds is freely withdrawable without restriction.
7.6 Account Closure Withdrawals. If you request Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of verification, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations exist.

8.2 Wagering Requirements.
